What is the Open Access Service Center?

Set up in 2020, the Open Access Service Center is a service provided by the Bonn University and State Library (USL Bonn)1. Our team2 offers the following services:
- We advise and train3 you on all issues connected with open access.
- We provide financial resources, known as open-access funds, for articles4 and monographs5 in order to cover publication costs.
- We agree special terms6 with publishers, get involved in open-access initiatives and support the open-access transformation.
- We help you publish work for a second time on the University of Bonn's bonndoc7 platform ("green model8").
